It was really an epoch-making decision of Bangladesh Army to establish  Bandarban Cantonment Public School and College (BCPSC) on 8 February 2007. With a view to inculcating the light of education among the people having poor socio-economic background of this hill district, Bangladesh Army took keen interest to establish this institution. Under the direct supervision and close monitoring of all the Brigade Commanders of 69 Infantry Brigade, who acted as Chairmen of Governing  Body, this institution has been able to uphold its position in this region having successive and glorious results in the public examinations. The institution has been playing a legendary role to uplift the social variables, thoughts and attitudes of the multi-cultural inhabitants of this region.    

Points to ponder over here that BCPSC has been fostering thousands of talented students who are able to march forward with the main stream of the country and keep their footprints in various job fields both at home and abroad. Effective academic planning, co-curricular activities, praiseworthy discipline, excellent academic results have crowned the institution as one of the model institutions in the country.

I would like to thank all the Chairmen of Governing Body, Principals and the personnel who dreamt of this institution and spared no pains since the very beginning of its journey. I am proud of all the existing laborious teachers and staff for their relentless efforts for keeping up the institution in such a glorious state.

It is encouraging that the recent results of the institution in PECE, JSC, SSC and HSC level are excellent. I urge upon the students, teachers and guardians to co- operate one another to do far better in coming days. Area Headquarters is always ready to extend any sort of help in accelerating academic and other activities of this institution. In fine, I wish all success of BCPSC.
